Employment Guiding Principles
Guiding Principles Print

Some companies have Mission Statements and others have Corporate Value statements. We feel, that while both are excellent exercises for any company, neither truly empowers anyone or guides anyone to make decisions that reflect what the company is all about.

In an effort to allow everyone at The Montopolis Group to make fast, reliable decisions in the best interests of our clients and our company, we have chosen to implement a set of Guiding Principles.

As we are faced with making a decision, we can refer to our guiding principals to see if that decision is in line with our direction.  When we do this, we can feel secure in knowing that we are empowered to make that decision.
